John was raised in Idaho and graduated from Meridian High School. He began working in the construction field as a teenager and later served as a project manager for a large beverage company in California. In the late 90s, his passion for real estate brought him back into the industry.
For the next 15 years, John worked as a real property appraiser in both California and Idaho, gaining expertise in mapping, title work, and property valuation. He has since used these skills to consult other land developers and investors, contributing significantly to MH Land Development.

Justin joined the MH Land Development team as a project superintendent and safety coordinator.
